According to the information obtained from the Fisheries Department of the Japanese Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, in case of fishery and sea product shipping from the temporary storage warehouses located in the territory of Japan to third countries, relevant veterinary certificate is to be issued by the competent authority of the country.

Therewith, procedure for fishery and sea product export from Russia to Japan remains unchanged:  veterinary certificate used for export of the commodities from the Russian Federation to Japan should be issued.

Additional veterinary certificate for temporary storage of the Russian fishery products in Japan for their further shipping to third countries is not required.
